酒液为中等偏浅的胡桃木色,中等宽度的边缘呈的粉紫色,少量活跃的较大气泡。香气干净年轻,闻起来具有中等偏浓的松针、成熟的黑加仑、黑李子气味以及少许的划火柴和车达奶酪和牛奶香气。甜度中等偏轻,高酸度,低酒精,中等的细腻垩土质感的坚实单宁,酒体饱满。入口为浓郁的成熟黑李子、黑加仑、划火柴、木头和少许车达奶酪、焦糖、巧克力以及干燥的松针味道。收尾长,具有黑李子、糖渍的黑加仑、蓝莓、过熟的杨梅和隐约的木头余味。

A long finish of dark plum, candied black currant , blueberry and overripe wax-berry with a hint of wood finish.
A little cloying for the higher residual sugar, but the full body and chalky tannin keeps the wine still balanced. Tastes intesne, complex and finishes long. On day two, the flavor profile turns into macerated prune and the body, tanning, sugar, the woody touch and the complexity all goes slightly lighter but, as a result, more approachable. 89. Good effort and value for money. Well-chilled, Drink now. A sweet, ripe and complex sparkling fruit boom with some woody and greenish complexity. However, may not be suitable for those who prefer less sugar or less woody touch.
种植酿造信息:两种当地葡萄的混酿,90%兰布鲁斯科-哥拉斯帕阿罗萨Lambrusco Grasparossa和10%马勒博-简提列Malbo Gentile。种植在Castelvetro和Castelfranco Emilia地区的黏土和石灰质土壤上,采用传统的Cordon栽培方式,大槽法(Metodo Martinotti/Charmat Method)进行二次发酵制成的起泡酒。
